Wedding Day-Of Coordinator

What Is A "Day-Of" Coordinator?
A day-of wedding coordinator is a person responsible for making sure the wedding day or weekend is executed perfectly. Their roles include overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities.
What Is the Coordinator's Responsibilities?
We are responsible for the smooth & flawless execution of the already-established Wedding Day Plan. We are the point of contact for vendors, so any questions or concerns are diverted away from the bride and groom and their families so that they can enjoy the wedding without worry or distractions. Unlike our wedding planner, who envisions, curates, and books the wedding, our day-of coordinator ensures everything is pulled off and handles any unexpected pop-ups on the wedding day on behalf of the bride and groom.

When Should You Hire A Day-Of Coordinator?
DIY Weddings. For couples who are planning a wedding themselves instead of hiring a wedding planner, they feel overwhelmed by the time of the wedding. Many things have already been handled, planned, and laid out on how they want their wedding day to go and who all will be there. Venues are arranged, catering is set up, and everything is ready to go.
However, managing your wedding, on the day of the wedding, takes away from the experience. Things can pop up unexpectedly and now the bride or groom (or family member) has to handle a situation. Whereas when you hire a day-of coordinator, you are able to step away from assuming the responsibilities of managing your wedding day and instead relax and have fun with your friends and family without any disruptions or distractions.
What Is The Cost Of A Day-Of Coordinator?
Our costs range is anywhere from $200 (A small wedding) to $800 (A large Wedding of 70 guests or more). The Average wedding (20-60 guests) cost $500.
